My journey into coaching was not accidental. It was a natural evolution of over three decades in the corporate world, where I witnessed firsthand that technical competence alone does not guarantee success.

As the host of the Etiquette with Janet Lifestyle Programme, I spent 13 years unpacking the unspoken rules of professional success on the airwaves across Classic FM, Beat FM, Inspiration FM, and Radio Nigeria.
That platform naturally expanded into television and print. Today, I regularly appear as an expert host on Arise TV and TVC, serve as a columnist for Business Day, and write as an invited member of the Forbes Coaches Council.
Whether I am speaking to a national television audience, authoring one of my four books, or advising a C-suite executive, the mission remains identical: to ensure that when you speak, the world listens.
