With over 30 years of corporate experience and 15 years as an executive coach, Dr. Adetu brings the rare combination of boardroom authority, coaching depth, and personal transformation expertise that makes the Crown Code unlike anything else available.
She has coached hundreds of professionals across Nigeria, the UK, and beyond. She has spoken at CIOD Directors Conferences, Shell International Women's Day, and GAIA Africa. She is a Forbes Coaches Council member, a Professional Certified Coach, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Directors Nigeria.
